226 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 226 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 226 platform via the website, mobile app, or any other provided channel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the 226 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms is deemed acceptance of the updated terms. 226 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review the latest terms periodically.
The 226 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are legally eligible to use the services offered.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 226 platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts, including forfeiture of any remaining balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended without warning. 226 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and verification purposes.
You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. Never share your login credentials with anyone. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to us.
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Registering with a false identity or using another person's identity.
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access the platform.
- Attempting to hack, compromise the security of, or disrupt the platform's functionality.
- Engaging in any activity that contravenes applicable Malaysian law.
- Using an account to facilitate unauthorised financial transactions or fraud.
3. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 226 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency conversion is applied, and there are no hidden charges on standard deposits. Supported payment methods include online bank transfers, DuitNow QR, and approved e-wallets.
Deposits will be credited to your account once the transaction is confirmed by the payment system. Processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method. 226 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.
For withdrawals, your account must first complete the required verification process. Withdrawal requests will be processed within business hours. The platform reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawals where there is suspicion of fraud, a breach of terms, or outstanding compliance requirements.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to rollover requirements as stated separately in their respective promotional terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until rollover conditions are fully met. 226 reserves the right to void any bonus if the terms are found to have been abused.
4. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
226 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time and without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached any terms in this document, or has engaged in activity that is harmful to the platform, other users, or third parties.
Situations that may result in account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:
- Owning or operating multiple accounts.
- Fraud, money laundering, or any form of financial crime.
- Systematic abuse of promotions or bonuses.
- Using unauthorised software to gain an unfair advantage.
- Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
- Violation of applicable laws or regulations in Malaysia.

5. Liability Limits & Intellectual Property

226 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. This includes financial losses resulting from service disruptions, technical errors, or betting outcomes. Users acknowledge that all betting activities carry financial risk, and any losses are borne solely by the user.
The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of its services. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen circumstances may temporarily render the platform inaccessible. Notice will be given where possible, but no compensation will be provided for temporary downtime.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 226 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive intellectual property of 226. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the platform.
Third-Party Links
The 226 platform may contain references or links to third-party services such as payment providers. The platform is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Amendments & Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through a mutually agreed process, subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
